Research On The Influence Of Geographical Indications On Farmers' Safety Production Willingness And Behavior

The issue of agricultural product safety has attracted much attention.The important subject of agricultural product production is farmers,and the irregular production behavior of farmers is an important source of agricultural product safety issues.At present,in the area of geographical indications,the quality of agricultural products is generally high,and the performance of farmers 'safe production is better.The development of geographical indications has opened a new perspective for solving the problem of agricultural product safety.Regarding the research on the influence of geographical indications on farmers' willingness and behavior of safe production,there are few relevant literatures and not enough in-depth.This study first builds a theoretical analysis framework for the impact of geographical indications on farmers 'willingness and behavior of safe production based on planned behavior theory,farmer's behavior theory,brand value theory,and related research results of geographical indications,and proposes that geographical indications based on farmers' cognition on their safe production The research hypothesis of the influence of will and the research hypothesis of the influence of geographical indications on the safety production behavior of farmers.Then use the field survey data of apple growers in the "Luochuan Apple" area of the geographical indications to conduct a statistical analysis of the current status of the geographical indications and the safety production of farmers.In-depth analysis of the current status and problems of geographical indications and safe production of farmers;empirical analysis using structural equation models Analyze the influence of geographical indications based on farmers 'cognition on their willingness to work safely;adopt multi-order ordered probit regression model to analyze the influence of geographical indications on farmers' safe production behavior,and use multiple linear regression model to test its robustness.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The high-end consumer market of "Luochuan Apple" occupies a relatively small amount,and it still has potential for development in the high-end market;farmers' awareness of relevant laws and regulations on production safety is relatively shallow,and many farmers have a high level of pesticide residue hazards.Insufficient knowledge;77.78% of farmers still have inadequate safety production behaviors,and only 22.22% of farmers have carried out four safety production activities;more farmers have insufficient understanding of ecological environmental protection and their own health protection,etc.There are seriousdeficiencies in the way of pesticide wastes;the technical guidance for farmers' chemical fertilizers and pesticides mainly comes from agricultural merchants and their own experience.Local agricultural technology departments and cooperatives have little effect on the technical guidance of chemical fertilizers and pesticides for farmers.(2)The evaluation of farmers' geographical indications has a significant positive impact on their brand value cognition;the awareness of farmers' brand value has a significant positive impact on their willingness to work safely;the evaluation of farmer's geographical indications has a significant positive impact on their willingness to work safely;Farmer brand value cognition plays a partial intermediary role between the evaluation of geographical indications and the willingness to work safely.(3)Comprehensively consider the four aspects of implementation of drug withdrawal period,participation in safety production training,safety precautions,and use of safety technology to form comprehensive safety production behaviors of farmers,and the recognition and policies of farmers' geographical indications in geographical indication areas Support efforts and market consumer groups have a significant positive impact on farmers' safe production behaviors;in addition,education level,frequency of agricultural information concerns,safe production awareness and safe production willingness have a significant positive impact on farmers' safe production behaviors,And the planting area has a significant negative impact on the safety production behavior of farmers.Finally,based on the research conclusions,in order to further promote the development of geographical indications,enhance farmers 'awareness of safe production,optimize farmers' safe production,ensure the quality of agricultural products and sustainable agricultural development,the following policy recommendations are proposed: strengthen the brand building and support of geographical indications;pay attention to the safety of farmers production,standardize the production behavior of farmers;standardize agricultural material merchants,enhance the technical services of the agricultural technology department;give full play to the role of cooperatives and leading enterprises;actively explore the high-end consumer market for geographical indications.
