Argo-product Geographical Indications with intellectual property makes use of its logo will get the corresponding value-added agricultural products,because of strict certification, in terms of quality and safety are more secure than that are not certified, and therefore more likely to get the favor of consumer.Most studies proves that Argo-product Geographical Indications in can increase farmers’ income and promote agricultural development. Under the system of Xinjiang production and construction corps,analysis of Argo-product Geographical Indications’ effect evaluation and the relevant participating subject behavior, is to find accurate direction of the corps. So far, registered with the ministry of agriculture of the corps of 26 with strong local characteristics and quality characteristics of geographical indications of agricultural products, there are still a lot of rich agricultural resources to apply for certification of Argo-product Geographical Indications.Based on this, this article summarizes the research on Argo-product Geographical Indications at home and abroad. To establish corps of Argo-product Geographical Indications effect evaluation index system,combining with the grapes of shihezi, TFAHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation results show that the grapes of Shihezi effect level is "medium",market recognition belongs to the lower level, in terms of economic efficiency, quality, safety and cooperation model all belong to medium level, remains to be further improved. In the aspect of resources and environment to achieve good level, should seek improvement in stability. The relevant participating subject behavior game and behavior choice, led to the current performance status of geographical indication.So it is necessary to study the relevant participating subject behavior. Using the application of game theory to analysis between the peasant household, between enterprises, between and among farmers, businesses,farmers and governments. The game analysis respectively to get game equilibrium between and among farmers as a result, and then the Shihezi Table Grapes Geographical Indications related subjects’ behavior of the specific analysis research. This paper studies the influence factors of peasant household production safety behavior found that farmers age, culture level, agricultural prices, whether for production records,whether to sign the legitimate use enterprise contract, whether to get quality safety training this six variables has significantly influence on peasant household production safety behavior.The main conclusions in this paper, according to the research, combining corps of special management system, considering the corps of Argo-product Geographical Indications in the process of implementation of general problems, targeted to corps of Argo-product Geographical Indications suggestions: firstly, to strengthen the support of Argo-product Geographical Indications and propaganda, guide farmers to safe production, increase market level of consumer recognition. Secondly, increase the quality and safety,production technical guidance and training before the acquisition of irregular sampling, quality testing and increasing the safety of the agricultural products of geographical indication. Thirdly, optimize the corps of Argo-product Geographical Indications base "leading enterprises + farmers" operation mode, improve enterprise and production base, farmers income, farmers default rate. Finally, establish corps on illegal use of geographical indication production sales behavior punishment mechanism, intensify the degree of protection for geographical indications of agricultural products.
