In an environment of fierce competition and high uncertainty,the flatness,networking and autonomy of organizational management make the enthusiasm,initiative and cooperation of employees a necessary condition for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages.The research revolves around the spontaneous cooperative behavior of organizational members.The study of employee organizational citizenship behavior is one of the important forces.Facing the dynamic competition environment,the limitations of the"hard" system,and the lack of material incentives,the "Soft Culture" of the company has become a new perspective for improving employee organizational citizenship behavior,but not all corporate cultures can be effective promote to employee organizational citizenship behaviors,such as the "the Culture of Wolf Instinct" that puts employees in a high-pressure environment that is eliminated at any time through the establishment of a strict assessment system,and the "the Enron of Culture"that emphasizes individualism and ambition will not organize employee behavior bringing a positive impact.The "compulsory" and"forced" employee organizational citizenship behavior is not only detrimental to the improvement of employee performance and organizational effectiveness,but will also increase employee's stress and burnout.Ethics culture,as the core of corporate culture,has a good soft restraint function.It can guide employees' behavior by encouraging or advocating certain behaviors.It is the ethics that companies follow when interacting with employees,consumers,and the environment values.Ethical factors in corporate culture may be the foundation for promoting employee organizational citizenship.Therefore,based on the perspective of organizational culture,the research uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical research method to explore the mechanism of the role of ethical culture on employee organizational citizenship behavior.Based on a review of the existing literature,the relationship hypothesis between the two is put forward,and the role of corporate social responsibility and prosocial motivation in it is explored based on stakeholder theory,motivation information processing theory,and current empirical research results.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 317 company employees,and statistical tools such as SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to analyze the data to test the research hypothesis.It further promotes the extension of enterprise ethical culture at the micro level,guides enterprise managers to pay attention to the construction of ethical culture and the implementation of responsibility behavior,and adds new adjustment ideas for stimulating employees' organizational citizenship behavior.The research conclusions are specifically divided into:(1)The ethical culture has a significant positive impact on employee organizational citizenship behavior;(2)The ethical culture has a significant positive impact on corporate social responsibility;(3)Corporate social responsibility on employee organizations citizenship behavior has a significant positive impact;(4)Corporate social responsibility has a mediating role between ethical culture and employee organizational citizenship;(5)Prosocial motivation has a positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and employee organizational citizenship;(6)The mediating role of corporate social responsibility is positively regulated by prosocial motivationBased on the above research conclusions,the study concludes that the ethical culture and responsible behavior have an important impact on stimulating organizational citizenship behavior,and that employees with a higher level of prosocial motivation can also promote their organizational citizenship behavior.The research results are the reference and guidance to the construction of ethics culture and the promotion of employee organizational citizenship behavior.
