Research On Improvement Of RJ Company's Supplier Performance Evaluation System

With the continuous upgrading of electronic information technology,electronic manufacturing enterprises have gained unprecedented spaces and opportunities for rapid development,thus gradually growing into an important part of national economy.Under these circumstances,strengthening the internal management of electronic manufacturing enterprises,improving the performance of management and operation,and reducing the cost of manufacturing have become important ideas and directions for the transformation and upgrading of electronic manufacturing enterprises.The main purpose of this research is to figure out the improvement strategies of RJ Company's current supplier performance evaluation system.Based on which,the author uses research methods such as literature research,on-site investigation,interview,balanced scorecard,etc.to conduct in-depth discussions and research on the construction of the performance evaluation system of RJ Company who engages in electronic manufacturing as the main business.By doing this research,the author aims to optimize and improve RJ's supplier performance evaluation system,help RJ Company maintain a friendly cooperative relationship with its suppliers,thus ensuring the high quality of the original materials from its suppliers,strengthening the integrity of both parties,minimizing the purchasing cost of enterprises,and improving the operating efficiency of enterprises.This paper constructs a supplier performance evaluation system based on the actual situation of RJ Company,which has strong pertinence and effectiveness,and has a direct role and value for RJ Company on improving its status of supplier performance evaluation.Although it is proposed for RJ Company,the supplier performance evaluation system constructed in this paper is not applicable to RJ Company only,but also has certain reference and reference value for other enterprises engaged in electronic manufacturing.
