| With the development of social economy in our country,the company scale and business scope are expanding.Under this background,it is easy to appear so-called "big enterprise disease" and brings great challenges for large enterprises such as group type and transnational type,the operational risk and financial risk are also increasing.In order to solve the problem of "big enterprise",financial sharing service emerges as the times require,and it will be used more widely in the future.At present,more attention has been paid to the service quality in the research of financial sharing service.However,there are few research results on how to evaluate the service quality of financial sharing in enterprises,which has become an urgent problem for the financial sharing service industry in our country.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories,including the concept and characteristics of financial sharing service,the connotation of financial sharing service quality and the typical evaluation model.This has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the following articles.Secondly,this paper analyzed the current situation of financial sharing service industry by introducing the application,the implementation effect,the characteristics of service mode and the status of service quality evaluation.Thirdly,based on the previous research,SERVQUAL model is used as the basis of service quality evaluation of financial sharing.After analyzing the deficiency of SERVQUAL service quality model,in order to perfect it,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is chosen to improve the SERVQUAL model,and then a new model is constructed.Combined with the characteristics of financial sharing service,experts suggest that we can apply the improved SERVQUAL evaluation model to financial sharing service,and design the specific index and weight of financial sharing service quality evaluation.On this basis,a completefinancial sharing service quality evaluation system is constructed.Finally,this paper applies the financial sharing service quality evaluation system,taking Dongying sub-center of Sinopec financial sharing center as an example.On the one hand,we can find out whether the service quality of financial sharing can meet the requirements,supervise the service quality effectively,and put forward some ideas for improvement.On the other hand,the specific application path is explained,which provides the reference for other enterprises in the implementation of financial sharing service quality evaluation. |
