Research On Supplier Selection Of SC Trading Company

The quality of raw materials and related services provided by suppliers directly affect the market price and customer satisfaction of the final product to a large extent.Right suppliers play a significant role in improving the performance and competitiveness of enterprises,especially for international trading companies,regardless of considerations on short-term cost reduction or long-term interests,all trading companies should make an objective evaluation and selection of their suppliers.Based on the previous research findings of supplier management theory,evaluation index system,AHP and other tools,SC trading company's actual situation and problems are analyzed in-depth,and a system of supplier selection index which the company should establish and adopt is hence proposed with specific evaluation index being given weight to.A case study is done accordingly,succeeds in proving its effectiveness in SC trading company's supplier selection and demonstrating its theoretical and practical reference value for other international trading companies on supplier selection as well.
