Analysis On The Development Strategy Of Electronic Banking In Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives Under The Background Of Internet Finance

At present, China’s electronic banking has been gradually moving towards a mature and development road, and has entered a new period of conversion of the old and new stage. The network of market and customer, the legalization of the third-party payment, the rise of internet finance and the grand debut of network, which have caused round after round of shocks to the development of traditional e-bank, and have been promoting e-banking of commercial bank fast forward a new period of development from the old stage of development. Electronic banking digs out a new vast blue ocean for the modern bank industry in the new era of business and development. From the perspective of the bank’s own development of practical, it is in the critical period of strategic transformation of the commercial banks. Under the trend of the explosive development of internet finance and encouraging the private capital to enter financial industry, business development model to achieve the transformation from scale expansion to quality boost and structure optimization, the organic combination of electronic banking and internet finance can not only play the advantages of intensive management to promote the diversion of counter service and optimal allocation of resources, but also play value creation and competitive advantage, promoting the comprehensive improvement of the quality and effectiveness. Towards globalization and internationalization process of China’s commercial banks, developing e-banking adopting internet thinking will be an important starting point and sharp weapon to breakthrough outlets, channels bottlenecks, external linkage and penetrate the local market. It can be said that the degree of integration of the electronic banking business’ development and internet finance is related to the success or failure of the development of commercial banks. To build a first-class modern commercial banks, electronic banking is not only to be stronger, but also closely combined with internet finance.Therefore, the paper carries on comprehensive study on the development status of internet finance and the development course and advanced experience of e-banking in domestic commercial banks, further recognizing that the development status, the existing problem and prospect of e-banking of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives, making a detailed analysis of the development of e-banking of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives adopting SWOT analysis method. The purpose of this paper is to hope that the business of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives can be able to combine well with internet finance in nowadays when internet finance develops so well, thus going out a road suited for itselt development to realize a new leap of e-banking in rural credit cooperatives, rather than walking the old road of joint-stock commercial banks.The innovation of this paper lies in the following three aspects: Firstly, the research content covers the development stutas of internet finance, domestic e-banking business and e-banking business of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives; Secondly, making a comprehensive analysis for e-banking of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives adopting SWOT analysis method; Thirdly, indicating the direction for realizing the great leap development of e-banking of Inner Mogolia Autonomous Region Rural Credit Cooperatives, that is using the internet finance thinking to realize the development of e-banking business, making e-banking business become active innovation and adaptation rather than blindly imitation and follow.
