| The rural population and areas occupy the majority of China.It’s an important part to build a beautiful countryside and realize rural revitalization in China.In order to promote the construction of new countryside in Sichuan Province,we should explore the way of innovative village development,and gradually form the construction mode of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological ".Qing Gangshu village,as a new rural construction demonstration village built by Chengdu,adheres to the concept of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological".On the basis of strengthening comprehensive rural renovation and ecological construction,it consolidates and develops ecological agriculture,cooperates with rural tourism,promotes agricultural income and villagers’ wealth;speeds up infrastructure construction,optimizes public services and improves grass-roots governance to improve the happiness and satisfaction of the villagers;to keep the ecological environment,increase environmental governance,and create a rural landscape with Western Sichuan characteristics.After efforts,Qing Gangshu village has realized the change rapidly in one year,and then won the titles of "China’s top ten most beautiful villages","national rural tourism maker demonstration base",and successfully established the national AAAA level scenic spot.In order to explore the construction experience of Qing Gangshu village and enrich the relevant theories and case studies of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological ",this paper adopts the methods of literature collection,field research and comparative research,and collects the relevant information about the construction of new rural complex at home and abroad and the literature directly related to Qing Gangshu Village,analyzes and arranges.Through direct observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,the field survey was conducted in Qing Gangshu village.The research found that the emergence and development of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological " model in Qing Gangshu village experienced three stages.Through comprehensive land remediation,cultivation of wealth industry and improvement of grass-roots governance,new rural communities were gradually established.In this process,rich construction concepts and achievements,a set of rural construction model that can be copied and used for reference were formed.This paper systematically untangles the experience of the construction mode of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological " in Qing Gangshu village,analyzing the background,concept and theory,and case description,mode analysis,experience summary and enlightenment for the construction mode of Qing Gangshu village.First of all,the first part of the introduction discusses the background significance and research status of this study,defines the relevant concepts and summarizes the relevant theories,expounds the research content and research methods.In the second part,the author makes a specific case description of Qing Gangshu village’s " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological " mode,sums up the construction process of Qing Gangshu village in three stages,summarizes three important construction achievements under the two construction concepts,and analyzes the typicality and representativeness of the case.The third part focuses on the construction mode of " Small-scale,Group-type,Micro-rural,Ecological ",which includes four aspects of " Small-scale "," Group-type "," Micro-rural " and " Ecological ".The fourth part points out the experience behind the successful construction of qinggangshu village,from the principles,planning,supporting and other aspects.The fifth part summarizes the enlightenment of the case,points out that the construction of new rural complex needs to rely on continuous innovation.At last,it summarizes the conclusion of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this paper and prospects for the future. |
