Research On Optimization Of R&D Management System Of HC Company Based On IPD

HC Company is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the development of military products.Since 2015,with the help of the domestic macro industry development situation of emphasizing science and technology and R & D,the company's performance has shown explosive growth.However,there are many significant problems in the R & D management of the company,such as the mismatch between market orders and technical capabilities,the uneven capabilities of R & D team members,the frequent problems in the transition from R & D products to production,the imperfect management system of functional departments,the confusion of the development of the team's professional direction,etc.to establish an efficient R & D management system is to enable the company to enter a sustained and rapid development Key problems to be solved first.Based on this,this paper first reviews the existing research results of R & D management system at home and abroad,and makes a summary analysis;through the relevant literature and theoretical study,the author believes that in the method selection,product and cycle optimization methods,path management mode,integrated product development(IPD)can be used for the optimization and improvement of R & D management system.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,IPD is the most appropriate method;next,the article makes a systematic introduction to the basic situation of HC Company,analyzes the current situation of HC Company's R & D management system from five aspects: organizational structure,product restructuring,R & D team,market management and R & D process,and analyzes the existing problems in each aspect one by one;based on the elaboration of optimization objectives,the paper analyzes the problems in each aspect from the above aspects Finally,the paper designs the safeguard measures from three aspects: system,capital and culture.The innovation of this paper lies in that this study is to explore the "three new" development issues of new management mode in response to new opportunities in the current new economic environment,which has certain novelty;the research object of this study-HC Company's industry belongs to research and development,high-tech industry,which can represent the industry characteristics to a certain extent;finally,based on the actual situation of enterprises,this study is divided into The analysis and exploration can solve the outstanding problems in the R & D management for the enterprise,which has certain pertinence.The conclusion of this paper can be used as a reference for domestic R & D enterprises and scientific and technological enterprises to carry out the research on the optimization of R & D management system.
