Heilongjiang Post Company is an enterprise with service as its main business project,and its customers are important sources of revenue.Therefore,how to manage customers effectively,how to increase customer loyalty,how to provide and meet their individual needs,A series of problems such as how to improve the efficiency and utilization rate of resources and how to increase the market share by preempting the customers are a series of problems which must be faced and solved by the development of enterprises under the condition that the existing resources remain the same.With the continuous change of the market environment and the continuous influence of the "customer-centered" management concept,Heilongjiang Post Company regards the application of the customer management system as an important part of the development of the enterprise.In order to solve the above problems,realize the effective management of customers,make full use of resources,and increase the market share,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing enterprise income.Because Heilongjiang Post Company is affected by its region and economic environment,it is facing the characteristics of wide service area,complex customer group and backward management concept,which will inevitably affect the effect of the application of customer management system in practice.There are many problems.Based on this situation,this paper analyzes the customer management system of Heilongjiang Post Company,finds out the reasons of the problems,puts forward the optimization scheme,makes use of the existing conditions and improves the existing conditions.To ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,improve the effectiveness of optimization application.Firstly,this paper analyzes the causes of the decline in the efficiency of the customer management system of Heilongjiang Post Company,mainly focusing on the quality of data,the imperfect functions of the system and the need to improve the level of relevant operators and so on.Secondly,using the relevant theory and knowledge of the customer management system,according to the needs of the actual situation,carry on thetargeted optimization,put forward the improvement scheme,mainly concentrate on the data quality perfection and the system function improvement,at the same time,in order to guarantee the optimization can proceed smoothly,Overall management of relevant operators,including the establishment of working groups,systems,training,communication mechanisms and hardware facilities.Finally,through the analysis of the effect of the optimization scheme of the customer management system of Heilongjiang Post Company,it is shown that this paper has achieved the expected optimization effect in solving the problems in the practical application of the customer management system of Heilongjiang Post Company.It has played a great role in promoting the practical application of customer management system of Heilongjiang Post Company.
