The elegant atmosphere of red wine can not drink the spirit of Liquor,and the lively beer can not drink the charm of white wine.Liquor has a long history and profound cultural heritage,and has a unique and important role in modern society.As a traditional industry in China,due to the serious homogeneity of its products,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and it has changed from product competition to brand competition.Liquor SMEs need to use brand building theory to promote brand differentiation,brand design,brand communication,and other aspects to promote their standout in the fierce competition.This is of great significance to industries such as Haoxin Liquors Industry.Based on the research on brand and brand building related theories,this article provides reference and basis for Haoxin Liquor Regional Brand Construction from the aspects of marketing environment analysis and market survey.The PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method were used to analyze the macro and micro environment of the enterprise;and the four-tier analysis from the high-end to the low-end analyzed the construction of representative brands in the liquor industry.Based on the 5W2 H analysis model,survey questionnaires for consumers and retailers were designed,and detailed market surveys were conducted.Through the survey,not only consumers' consumer preferences but also the competitive advantages of competitors were understood.According to the summary analysis,Haoxin Wine Industry can launch a liquor specifically for the mid-range wedding banquet market.Based on the analysis of the product and the results of the survey,a set of brand building plans that integrates brand positioning,brand design,and brand dissemination was put forward simultaneously.The implementation of this plan has made "Hao Xin" stand out in the county regional market.The research on the regional brand construction of Haoxin Liquor not only enriches the theoretical system of brand construction,but also provides inspiration for the development of similar small businesses in the competitive market,enabling more companies to use brand construction as a link in the market development,image design,product quality management and other aspects have been improved in all aspects to avoid vicious competition among enterprises and achieve healthy and orderly development.
