With the rapid development of the hotel industry,the hotel industry faces more requirements and challenges.The human resource management is especially valued.The hotel's development can be greatly promoted by high level of human resource management.And weak human resource management will restrict the pace of the hotel's progress.The hotel salary management is an important part of human resource management.The scientific,effective,reasonable and rigorous salary incentive mechanism can effectively attract,retain and motivate talents,thus further enhancing the economic benefits of the hotel.The design and research on the salary incentive mechanism of A hotel is beneficial to optimize the effect of its salary incentive and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the historical literature research,this paper analyzes A hotel's salary system,incentives and corresponding implementation in order to point out the problems that need to be solved,and optimize the design.This has a positive reference for A hotel to improve the level of human resource management.Firstly,it analyzes the theoretical basis of A hotel salary incentive mechanism,covering the research situation at home and abroad,the content and function of salary,the theory of salary and salary incentive.This part of the content is the necessary premise for optimizing design and countermeasures.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the historical background of A hotel and the current salary incentive mechanism,the article puts problems of A hotel salary incentive mechanism from four aspects including salary structure,salary means,transparency of salary mechanism and salary effect.Afterwards,in order to solve the problem of A hotel salary incentive mechanism,the paper proposes the design of A hotel salary incentive mechanism based on the theoretical basis and current situation analysis,including building a highly incentive compensation system,enhancing the diversity of salary incentives,improving the transparency and efficiency of salary incentive mechanism.Finally,to improve the culture ofmotivation,enhance the A hotel's institutional constraints,and improve the information technology level of salary management are the means to ensure the implementation of the design for A hotel salary incentive mechanism.A sound salary incentive mechanism can create a good competitive atmosphere within A hotel and encourage employees to contribute to the hotel's development,thus effectively improving the level of human resources management of A Hotel and making A Hotel in the forefront of the hotel industry.The salary incentive also provides reference for other hotels,which would promote the development of the overall hotel industry.
