With the development of The Times,"after 80,90" this group into the workplace stage,has gradually become the core force of enterprise development."After 80,90," group by most scholars defined as new generation of employees,some scholars believe that the new generation of staff management is the current Chinese enterprise managers in human resources management is facing one of the four big problems,and how to scientifically and efficiently manage new generation employees,make its can more into work and improve their work performance,is the academic side and enterprise managers are the topic of universal concern.This paper selects the new generation of employees as the research object,selects job input as the intermediary variable,explores the research model of the influence between the new generation of employees' subjective well-being and job performance,and proposes the research hypothesis.On the basis of referring to the mature relevant scales,a questionnaire was designed and investigated.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were mainly used to verify the proposed research hypotheses one by one and obtain the research results of this paper.Taking the new generation of employees as the research object,the empirical analysis mainly concludes the following four conclusions: first,subjective well-being has a significant positive impact on job performance;Secondly,subjective well-being has a significant positive impact on job involvement.Thirdly,job involvement has a significant positive impact on job performance.Fourth,job involvement mediates the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes human resource management Suggestions for the new generation of employees to improve their work performance from two aspects: improving subjective well-beingand enhancing job involvement.
