In recent years,with the unceasing development of our society and the raise of people's living level,the subjective well-being becomes a hot topic of concern,and becomes a study hotspot in the areas of psychology,sociology and management.As the major financial industry,banking industry faces a huge internal and external competition in the China's economic globalization and maketization of interest rate.At the same time,along with the development of Hainan International Tourist Island,more and more banks mushroomed settled in Hainan.Hainan bank employees,especially the new generation employees which are the main force of bank have become the major snatching objects.In such a background,this paper selects the new generation employees of Hainan A bank as the research object,and makes an empirical study on the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance.Through in-depth analysis of the new generation employees,we found the real elements contribute to their performance.Base on these elements,this paper establishes some effective human management policies to stimulate their working enthusiasm,so as to promote the overall improvement of Hainan A bank.According to the characteristics of the banking industry and the new generation employees,this paper added some questions to the existing scale of subjective well-being and job performance.This paper uses SPSS21.0 statistical software to study the correlation and regression of the data which was collected by the issuance of questionnaire,so as to explore the relationship between subjective well-being and job performance.This paper takes the new generation employees of Hainan A bank as the object of study,and proves that subjective well-being and job performance are significantly related through the empirical analysis.Every dimension of subjective well-being has distinctly influenced on the task performance dimension of job performance;Life satisfaction and positive dimension of subjective well-being have distinctly influenced on the contextual performance;Job performance in all dimensions have obvious effect on life satisfaction and positive dimension of subjective well-being;Task performance dimension of job performance has negative effect on negative dimension.Basing on the research conclusion,this paper gives some suggestions from the subjective initiative,self value,the feeling of accomplishment,salary and welfare,pressure relieving and working atmosphere and so on aspects,to enhance subjective happiness of the new generation employees,and improve their job performance.
