Under the background of aging and urbanization development,it is of great significance to promote the installation of elevators in old multi-storey houses to improve the quality of living for the elderly.However,in practice,due to differences in the interests of residents,the willingness of some residents to install elevators is low,and even some residents are strongly obstructed.The installation of elevators is a major event involving tenants in the whole building.As long as one household is unwilling to participate in cooperation due to the loss of interests,the installation of elevators in old multi-storey houses will be difficult.In order to coordinate household relations and promote the realization of cooperative willingness,this paper studies the influencing factors of household cooperative willingness in adding elevators to old multi-storey residential buildings.The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the relevant theoretical basis,the theoretical framework for influencing factors of the cooperative willingness of elevators for old multi-storey residential buildings is constructed.From the aspects of community,housing,and households,the premise of the theoretical framework of influencing factors is defined.With reference to relevant theories,combined with the particularity of installing elevators in old multi-storey houses,personal characteristics,family characteristics,residential characteristics,residential community satisfaction,The residents constructed the theoretical framework model of the elevators in the residential area and the attitude of installing elevators in the residential area.Through the literature analysis,the factors affecting the willingness of the elevators to install elevators were preliminarily selected.(2)Through empirical research,we will explore the factors that significantly affect the willingness of old multi-storey residential buildings to install elevators,and examine the direction of each factor.Taking the faculty community of a university in Xi’an as the research object,the data were collected through questionnaires,and the generalized sequenced logistic regression model and the binary logistic regression model were used to conduct full sample regression analysis and floor-to-floor regression analysis to find the significant data.Influencing factors.The final regression results show that the willingness of residents to install elevators is affected by various factors such as personal and family characteristics,residential characteristics,residential community satisfaction,elevator awareness and attitude,and the factors affecting the willingness of different residents to install elevators on the floor.(3)According to the influencing factors of households’ willingness to cooperate,the design strategy of upgrading the old-fashioned multi-storey residential buildings with elevators is proposed,and the implementation proposal of the elevator installation project of faculty community of a university in Xi’an is proposed.Referring to the previous theoretical and empirical research results,the cooperative willingness promotion strategy of “external environmental incentives,internal environmental impact,and installation of elevator solutions” was proposed to create a good environment for elevator installation and increase the possibility of successful implementation of the project.Finally,aiming at the project of adding elevators to multi-storey residential buildings of faculty community of a university in Xi’an,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the project from the aspects of implementation subject,fund-raising,negotiation mechanism,household cost sharing and compensation mode,elevator type,construction mode and maintenance cost investment mode. |
