Since 13 th Five-Year,the macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate industry will make the real estate market more standardized,and the three or four line cities will take the big test in the stock market,and the housing enterprises will also accelerate the differentiation.The introduction of new policies and new systems has a direct impact on the survival and development of real estate development enterprises.In the process of macroeconomic regulation and industrial structure transformation,how to avoid short,conform to the form and seek for greater development is a new topic for every real estate development enterprise.As a transnational investment group,XINHEXIN group enjoys a high reputation in the real estate market of Guilin.Under the influence of the construction of international tourist attractions in Guilin,the first 13 demonstration bases of the national health tourism,the guidance of the national policy reform,the rapid development of the intelligent city and the spring bamboo shoot of the health care Town,major strategic readjustment needs to be made.This article,through the literature review,investigation and research,qualitative and quantitative research methods,first analyzes the Guilin real estate development enterprises,clarifies the development trend,characteristics and problems of the real estate in Guilin,and introduces the general situation,organization structure and performance point of the letter and letter group.Secondly,PEST and Potter five forces are used to analyze the industrial environment of letter and letter group,and to explore the funds and resources that the group has at present.On this basis,from the four perspectives of opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,the EFE matrix,IFE matrix and SWOT are used in the strategic management.The matrix is used for comprehensive analysis,and it is concluded that the letter and credit group should play a strong role in the current situation,avoid the shortcoming and formulate future development strategy plan.Through the analysis,this paper argues that the letter and the letter should adopt the "strategic path to seize the opportunity to make up the short board,transformation and development".At the end of the paper,the specific tasks of the implementation strategy are decomposed from the aspects of business,organization,marketing,manpower,science and technology and enterprise culture,and the control of the implementation of the development strategy is described from the perspective of strategic control,which provides comprehensive guidance for the successful implementation of the group's functional strategies.
