With the accelerated pace of financial system reform,enterprises must always focus on improving their operational efficiency and operational capability if they want to gain competitive advantage in the market.In order to adapt to the pace of market economy and adapt to the development trend of financial competition and globalization,China's commercial banks are carrying out a comprehensive reform and striving to become the leading modern commercial bank in the world.Under such urgent situation,domestic commercial banks urgently need to build a scientific and perfect performance evaluation system,so as to promote the strategic innovation and strategy implementation of domestic commercial banks,and achieve the international and sustainable development of domestic commercial banks.The traditional performance evaluation system is too dependent on financial indicators,and is not concerned about the contribution of non-financial indicators,and often disjointed or mismatched with the strategic objectives of commercial banks.Therefore,it is no longer suitable for the development of market economy.Then,how do we build a scientific and perfect performance evaluation system to achieve the close connection between the performance evaluation of enterprises and the strategic objectives of enterprises,so as to achieve the sustainable development of China's commercial banks?The Balanced Scorecard in the performance management as the core,to the enterprise development strategy as a guide,not only selected the financial dimension index,and introduced the customer dimension,internal process dimension,learning and growth dimensions of three non-financial indicators,through the enterprise strategic target and the implementation of the gradual breakdown of the execution of the work,effectively solve the too much short term results and ignore the long-term goal,it can help commercial banks performance evaluation is more effective.This paper introduces the theory of performance management and balanced scorecard in commercial banks,then compares the Balanced Scorecard with traditional performance evaluation methods,and finds out the shortcomings of traditional performance evaluation methods and the advantage of the balanced scorecard.Then,taking S bank XX branch as an example,the paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its performance evaluation system,and then proposes that we can improve the performance evaluation system through building balanced scorecard.In the process of construction,this article from the financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth in four dimensions of S bank XX branch,under the guidance of the strategic target,analyzing the relationship between the four dimensions,the index system is established in detail,and the numerical results of indicators for tracking analysis,and then on the basis of dynamic adjustment results the strategic target of XX branch,to ensure the strategic goal to cover all employees of various departments,and enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and ultimately enhance the core competitiveness of XX branch.This paper uses the balanced scorecard strategic management tool,and builds a complete set with S bank XX branch development strategy performance evaluation system plays an important role in the sustainable development of XX branch,but also for other domestic commercial banks to introduce the Balanced Scorecard to the performance evaluation system plays a certain reference effect.
