An enterprise’s success is influenced by many factors. Human resource factor isthe most critical one. The21st century, the humanistic management get more andmore attention of the enterprise managers. Every enterprise leader wishes theiremployees work hard. Employee incentive is a useful way to get that wish. Incentivecan mobilize the employees’ enthusiasm; make them do their best to complete theenterprise’s tasks and goals.Once, FJ Company was a small company agent for the sale of food. After yearsof hard struggle, FJ Company is a large enterprise with thousands of employeescombining researching, producing, selling and trading. FJ Company made lot ofachievements and wealth for the society. But as company developing, the grass-rootsstaff management also met a lot of new problems. FJ Company managers more andmore realized that if they can’t solve the problems of the grass-roots staff incentive, itis bound to affect the company’s continued operation and development.Based on FJ grassroots employees as the research object, through the grass-rootsstaff incentive mechanism present situation, according to grass-roots staff incentivesystem satisfaction survey results, we found that the main problems were pay systemwas insufficient incentive; no performance appraisal system; training system didn’twork; corporate culture was rigid and so on. The main reasons were FJ Company’semphasis on grass-roots staff is not enough; Company didn’t have human-orientedconcept, lack of the analysis of the practical need for grassroots employees incentiveslack of pertinence; And neglect of grass-roots staff’s career management.Based on the incentive theory, using the theoretical research and empiricalanalysis research methods, based on the actual situation, we proposed grass-roots staffincentive mechanism optimization design scheme, including optimizing the currentcompensation’s structure, make the pay incentive strong; Do scientific performanceappraisal system; Strengthen grass-roots staff career management etc. Finally wepoint out that the incentive mechanism to optimize the implementation of the securitycondition, steps and some important advices.
