Yunnan Province, Listed Companies Based On Factor Analysis, Performance Evaluation Studies

Along with the development of the Chinese securities market and the standard, the companies listed growth considerably both on the number and value. By the end of2011, the total number of Chinese Listed Companies in2342, the market value of21.48thousand billions, ranking third in the world, China's eastern, central, Western and northeastern regions of domestic listed companies accounted for the proportion of respectively59.6%,16.5%,17.7%and6.6%, area of the east part accounted for more than half. Yunnan province is located in the western region, and limited by geographical condition, so the level of economic development is slower, the speed and the total capital accumulated all lags behind the more developed eastern regions, and these all severely fettered the pace of the local ethnic economic development. Therefore, to the region, appears on the market the company operating performance of scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation, and to help them find problems and give policy recommendations. This measure has certain theory value and practical significance to regulate the capital market and promote Yunnan ethnic areas of economic development.This article through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign performance evaluation of the evolution process, research and evaluation method then identified advantages and feasibility of the factor analysis in this paper. In this paper, we make24listed companies in Yunnan as total sample, and further introduce the current situation of the development of the listed company in Yunnan province, we selected evaluation index system by the selection of the four aspects, the13establishing indexes of the listed company operating performance, and established measurement model. Use SPSS17.0software tool to analysis the listed companies respectively, debt paying ability, growth ability development scale, profitability, liquidity, operation ability these six main factors and comprehensive performance score evaluation model, and proposed in this foundation has certain practical significance and relative operability of countermeasures. This paper can provide certain basis for government departments, public companies and investors, and also providing reference data and the theoretical basis for the listed company in Yunnan province to help them develop stably.
