The Problem And Countermeasure Research On The Reform Of The Commercial Registration System In Lianshui County

Commercial registration is an act that combines the applicant’s application registration with the review and registration of the competent authority.It is a necessary means and necessary link for the state to implement legal adjustments and macro-controls on commercial activities.The commercial registration system in China is mainly based on the business license system.With the improvement of the reform of the socialist market economy system and the advancement of China’s social productivity,the traditional commercial registration system has largely hindered the healthy development of the market economy.With today’s increasingly modern national governance system and governance capabilities,relaxing market access and reforming the business registration system are in full swing,which is of great significance to regional economic development.According to extensively looking back the literature on this reform of the commercial registration system,and combining with the expert’s work experience,this study took Lianshui County as an example,and conducted interviews with market registration managers and enterprise personnel through literature research methods and questionnaire surveys,Collect and sort out the problems they encountered in the reform of the commercial registration system and related suggestions for reform.By using the new public service theory,new public management theory and government regulation theory,combined with the data of commercial registration in recent years in this region,it is found that since the reform of commercial registration system in this region,the government departments have been facing the problems of poor coordination,insufficient registration personnel,lack of uniform and perfect legal provisions,and low degree of co-governance.Combined with the experience and practices of other regions.The measures are to mobilize all parties to jointly promote the reform,establish evaluation indicators that objectively reflect the results of the reform,improve the supporting mechanism of commercial registration,and strengthen the construction of the registration team.The thesis has 4 maps,1 tables,and 51 references.
