Research On Procurement Cost Control Based On The Value Chain Theory For ACM

This paper analyzes the current status of home appliance manufacturing industry,through detailed statistical analysis,pointed out some shortcomings of China's home appliance manufacturing industry in the cost control,and analyzes the causes of the existence of defects,thus further discusses the implementation of manufacturing cost control to explore the significance of.Taking ACM company as the research object,first of all,through the elaboration and analysis of the company's cost control status,we find the problems of ACM company's cost control at this stage.Finally,in order to enhance the effect of the combination of cost control theory and practical work,we improve the cost control strategy for ACM company based on the value chain idea,so as to make the cost control of the company achieve better results and ensure the long-term development of the company.
