Cost Budget Management Analysis Of G Enterprise

The cost of future operating during the budget prepared by the enterprise inaccordance with the characteristics of the production and business activities, occupiesan important position in the financial management of the enterprise. The cost budgetmanagement is a set of management based on the cost estimates.Under the conditionof the drastic competition, cost budget management not only be able to raise the levelof corporate financial management,but also to reduce the production costs ofenterprises, thereby expanding corporate profit margins. More and more enterprisesbegin to implement cost budget management, the cost of budget management bringgreat benefits. However, influenced by many factors, the effect of the implementationof cost budget management is not ideal. In order to improve the level of cost budgetmanagement, we need to refine the cost estimates of management from the factorsthat affect the cost effects of budget management.In this paper, we will take G corporate cost budget management as the object ofstudy. First, we will introduce G Enterprise’s basic situation and cost estimates;then,by taking financial data collection of cost budget and asking the executive of the costestimates, to identify problems and causes in G enterprise cost budget management;finally,combining the enterprise construction characteristics and the actual business,putting forward a sound budget management countermeasures for G‘s businesscosts.Countermeasures proposed in this article relates to the cost estimates from thepreparation of the budget for the entire program of supervision and evaluation ofoverall cost, I hope that this study provides a reference for the improvement of thecost budget management system of other roads and bridges enterprise.
