With China's economic development entering the new normal,the economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development.After the subprime crisis broking out,the global economic development continued to be in a depressed stage.In order to promoting the domestic economic development to achieve the recovery growth as soon as possible,international trade protectionism rose again,and the international trade environment deteriorated day by day.The outbreak of trade friction between China and the United States in 2018 made the development of China's export trade face more severe challenges.The contribution rate of export to economic growth was declining day,and China's economic development was facing great downward pressure.However,with the continuous improvement of residents' income level and the release of residents' consumption demand,the contribution rate of consumption to China's economic growth was increasing year by year,and gradually replacing investment and export as the main engine of China's economic development.With the continuous expansion of consumption scale and the change of consumption concept and habits of millennial,a huge consumer credit market was gradually gestating and forming.The application of Internet technology in the field of consumer credit could effectively reduce costs and improve efficiency.Therefore,with the popularity of the Internet in China,commercial banks,traditional consumer finance companies,ecommerce giants,Internet companiesetc.sharp awareness of the huge business opportunities in the field of Internet consumer finance,have launched Internet consumer finance business.And under the support of national policy,since 2010,the pilot Internet consumer finance business began,China's Internet consumer finance is explosive.However,due to the short development time,with the rapid development of Internet consumer finance,a series of problems such as vicious competition between platforms,continuous accumulation of fraud risk,gradual increase of blind excessive consumption,lack of fine risk control and so on are gradually exposed,which makes the risk in the field of Internet consumer finance continue to accumulate.How to prevent and control risks has become an urgent problem for China's Internet consumer finance companies.In this context,the paper took X company as the research object,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the main risks it faced,designed the risk control scheme of the intelligent credit platform,and explained the core functions and business decision-making process of the intelligent credit platform,trying to provide reference for the design of risk control scheme of other Internet consumer finance companies.The main contents of this paper include: firstly,reviewed the relevant research literature of Internet consumer finance,and on this basis,summarized the theoretical basis of Internet consumer finance and risk management of Internet consumer finance respectively,providing theoretical basis and theoretical reference for the next research of this paper;Secondly,based on the in-depth analysis of the main risks faced by X company in the operation process,this paper systematically explained the intelligent credit platform designed and successfully deployed from the aspects of decision-making process,core function modules etc.Finally,using the operation data of X company,the effectiveness of the deployment of intelligent credit platform in risk control was verified,and then the corresponding enlightenment was obtained in the risk management and control of Internet consumer finance.
