Research On Sustainable Of Precision Poverty Eradication Under The Concept Of Green Development

Green development is the common theme of mankind and the trend of the times.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the concept of green development was put forward as an important concept concerning the overall development,which is another major innovation in the development concept of our country.Faced with the complex situation in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,how to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation is an important task for poverty alleviation.Integrating green development into poverty alleviation and guiding poverty alleviation with the concept of green development is a supplement and sublimation to the idea of precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation,which is of great significance.Precise poverty alleviation guided and ex amined by the concept of green development is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of poverty-stricken areas.Integrating green development into the implementation plans of "six precise" and "five batches",combining with the top-level design,system construction,participation mechanism and endogenous motive force of precise poverty alleviation,breaking through the bottlenecks encountered in the process of precise poverty alleviation,filling the shortcomings,tackling the "hard bone",an d promoting the sustainability of the effect of precise poverty alleviation.Continue.The countermeasures for the sustainability of precise Poverty Alleviation under the concept of green development are as follows: setting up the keynote of green breakthrough and building a sustainable breakthrough mode;strengthening the system guarantee and establishing a sustainable poverty alleviation mechanism;building a landmark industrial system to promote sustainable poverty alleviation industry;integrating poverty alleviation resources to realize the sustainable development of resources;and strengthening the foundation.Layer-building to build a sustainable political ecology.The research content of this paper mainly concentrates on the following four aspects:The first part traces back to the theoretical origin.Starting from the viewpoint of poverty and development,this paper expounds the thoughts of poverty and development of Marxism and Sinicized Marxism respectively,which lays a foundation for the research on the sustainability of precise poverty eradication.The second part analyzes the opportunities brought about by the green development concept from the three aspects of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and Internet plus.The third part mainly analyses the challenges faced by the sustainability of precise Poverty Alleviation under the current situation of poverty alleviation based on the concept of green development.It mainly includes five aspects: insufficient motive force of precise poverty alleviation sustainability,lack of mechanism guarantee,lack of strength of poverty alleviation,insufficient resources guarantee and delay of poverty alleviation efficiency.Make specific analysis to pave the way for the next part of the countermeasure research.The fourth part analyses the countermeasures to ensure the sustainability of precise Poverty Alleviation under the concept of green development.This part mainly puts forward concrete measures from five aspects: sustainable po verty alleviation model,sustainable poverty alleviation mechanism,sustainable poverty alleviation industry,sustainable resources guarantee and sustainable political ecology to ensure the overall realization of the sustainability of precise poverty allev iation.
