In the context of "Double Innovation",start-ups are an important force in promoting China's economic,social innovation and development.The formation and development of the "Internet +" new business format has created a broader platform and development model for start-ups,but it has also brought more complex and diverse growth risks.How entrepreneurs can effectively identify the growth risks of start-ups,improve their ability to identify risks is a key issue related to the success of start-ups.The process of identifying the start-ups growth risks is to accurately identify the risk factors that cause damage to the growth of the enterprise in a complex and changeable environment,and then propose corresponding prevention and control solutions.This is essentially highly consistent with how the biological immune system works.Therefore,this paper starts from the growth risk identification requirements,and on the basis of certain understanding and research on the biological immunity principle,constructs the Immune System based Start-up Growth Risk Identification Model,and designs the related immune algorithm.Firstly,based on literature review,this paper analyzes the relevant theories of research on the Immune System based Start-up Growth Risk Identification Model,mainly including "Internet +" start-up theory,enterprise growth risk identification theory and artificial immune system theory,which provides theoretical support for the research idea of this paper.Secondly,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the growth risk characteristics of "Internet +" start-ups,including the connotation and characteristics,and the formation and evolution mechanisms.And then further explore the applicability of the biological immune mechanism in solving the growth risk identification problem.Subsequently,the paper defines the sources of growth risks based on the classification of the growth risks of "Internet" start-ups in the feature analysis,and analyzes the effect of R&D risk resource,product resource,management resource and social network resource by combing relevant domestic and foreign studies.Then,we verify and screen these effects through empirical research,and build an identification index system on this basis.Furthermore,by using the concept of feature engineering,transform the indicator system from a qualitative indicator system to a feature architecture that can be directly used by the recognition model.Finally,based on the above research,establish the Immune System based Start-up Growth Risk Identification Model,design the identification algorithm by integrating biological immune mechanism.And then verify the dynamic and applicability of the model through simulation experiments.Based on the research conclusions,present the growth strategies based on the four levels of enterprise personnel,enterprise organization,enterprise social network,and enterprise risk identification.The purpose of this paper is to explore new ideas and methods for identifying growth risks of "Internet +" start-ups through research on the Immune System based Start-up Growth Risk Identification Model,meet the urgent needs of deep decision-making support,information mining and discovery during the growth process of start-ups,thereby promoting the "Internet +" start-ups to grow more steadily and healthily.
