A Study On The Relationship Between Dual-entrepreneurial Learning,resources Bricolage And The Performance Of New Enterprises

Today,we are at a critical stage of reform and a critical period of development The Chinese economy is beginning to assume a new mission.At present,China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.Innovation and entrepreneurship are being deeply integrated with economic and social development.During this period,Chinese enterprises need to cultivate a spirit of innovation,establish an awareness of innovation,and enhance their ability to innovate to face the opportunities and Challenges,inject new vitality and new momentum into economic and social development,stimulate market vitality and social creativityEntrepreneurial learning is the most effective way to gain a competitive advantage,obtain information and knowledge in a timely manner,and effectively identify opportunities.It is obvious that there are certain constraints and limitations on the resources of start-ups.Due to the lack of social relations and social reputation,it is difficult to obtain resources from external investors,or they must pay high costs to obtain resources.Therefore,in order to allow new ventures to make maximum use of existing resources,this research takes dual entrepreneurship learning as the starting point and resource patchwork as the starting point to explore the optimal use of existing resources to solve resource shortages through startup learning.In the way for new ventures to obtain new knowledge,new resources,and new opportunities,the entrepreneurial network is an important method.New ventures can use the entrepreneurial network to gain knowledge and information,which can promote enterprises to assemble resourcesTherefore,this study aims at the ubiquitous phenomenon of dual management in new enterprises and believes that dual entrepreneurial learning can effectively reflect the complementary and linkage effects between the two learning methods.On the basis of entrepreneurial process theory and organizational learning theory,and taking start-ups as research objects,to make a main effect model of dual entrepreneurial learning on innovation performance of new enterprises is constructed.Focusing on the mechanism of dual entrepreneurial learning on innovation performance,and examines the mediating effect of resource patchwork in effectively overcoming resource constraints in the process of dual entrepreneurial learning.In addition,the entrepreneurial network is added as a mediation variable to verify its regulating effect on the whole mediation path from two dimensions of the entrepreneurial network,revealing the black box between "learning-innovation".This study enriches the research on dual entrepreneurial learning and innovation performance of new enterprises,and helps Chinese new enterprises to understand the important role of entrepreneurial learning in the new era.Carrying out exploration learning and utilization learning that can complement each other effectively can help enterprises to better piece together resources and solve the problem of resource constraint.At the same time,it is important to attach importance to the important role of entrepreneurial network in resource patchwork,which is of great significance for new enterprises to improve their innovation performance.
