The Impact Of The Entrepreneurial Network Of The Crowd-creation Space On The Performance Of New Ventures

With the concept of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" put forward,mass innovation space began to appear in various cities,constantly promoting the ecological development of innovation and entrepreneurship.The entry threshold of new start-ups has been constantly lowered,which makes the competition between the industry and enterprises more fierce and cruel,which leads to the huge challenges and threats to the competitive advantage of new start-ups.In order to effectively promote the growth of new start-ups,maker space,a resource integration platform,is also gradually developing towards the direction of all elements and multi-dimensional entrepreneurial network ecosystem,so as to provide a good entrepreneurial network environment for the related enterprises inside.In this context,in order to survive,a new start-up enterprise in the maker space needs not only to quickly identify the resources in its entrepreneurial network and develop new entrepreneurial opportunities,but also to reconstruct and use the obtained entrepreneurial resources in a flexible way and form to match its own resources and capabilities and integrate with its entrepreneurial environment to ensure its own survival,growth and development.As one of the key characteristics of the mass entrepreneurship space ecosystem,the entrepreneurial network formed by the crisscross of the internal subjects is an important factor to promote the new venture enterprises to obtain resources and improve performance.In the past,most researches explored the impact of the number of resource integration and the ability of resource integration on the performance of new start-ups from the perspective of resource conservation.Although some scholars also focused on the entrepreneurial network of new start-ups themselves,the research on new start-ups in the specific situation of maker space was less involved.Based on this,this study is based on the maker space ecosystem to explore the impact mechanism of maker space entrepreneurial network on the performance of new ventures,and introduce entrepreneurial Patchwork and environmental uncertainty into the study of maker space entrepreneurial network to analyze the intermediary role of entrepreneurial patchwork between maker space entrepreneurial network and the performance of new ventures,as well as the regulatory effect of environmental uncertainty Shall.First of all,this paper uses the method of literature induction to sort out the concepts and measurement methods of maker space,entrepreneurial network,entrepreneurial Patchwork and environmental uncertainty,and summarizes the researchon the relationship between variables.On this basis,it puts forward relevant research hypotheses and builds the theoretical research model of this paper.Secondly,by using the method of questionnaire,we conduct field research in Zhongguancun entrepreneurship street,Hangzhou dream town,Suzhou dream space and other maker spaces,collect the corresponding data of new start-ups,and then use hierarchical regression to test the relationship between the scale,strength and location of the entrepreneurial network and the performance of new start-ups.The conclusion is as follows: there is a significant positive correlation between the entrepreneurial network of maker space(scale,intensity and location)and the performance of new start-ups.There are some intermediary effects in the process of entrepreneurial patchwork.Environmental uncertainty is positively regulating the relationship between entrepreneurial Patchwork and the performance of new start-ups.The results show that the new start-ups in the maker space must use the entrepreneurial network to actively obtain entrepreneurial resources,so as to strengthen the reconstruction and integration of resources,pay close attention to the changes of the uncertainty of the environment in which the enterprises are located,and keep their own vigilance,so as to effectively improve the performance of new start-ups.
