Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the foundation of the country and the instrument of the country.In terms of scale and quantity,the overall scale of China's manufacturing industry has caught up with that of the United States and become a global manufacturing power.However,there are still some problems in the development of China's manufacturing industry,such as serious overcapacity,bottlenecks in the development of production technologies,excessive consumption of product resources,low added value of products,and a lack of innovative ideas.Based on the above problems,the traditional development mode of the manufacturing industry has become unsustainable,and China's manufacturing enterprises must accelerate the speed of transformation and upgrading.Pipe products high quality,good durability,strong technical,and most is the supply of complete sets of combined,this particularity needs new theory to guide the specific marketing work,rather than blindly to use 4 p or other marketing theory,should fully consider the particularity of its own products,industry particularity and conducting scientific marketing development particularity.This article follows the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" the research route,mainly USES the method of literature review,the enterprise to the methods of on-the-spot investigation method and case method,break the research framework,the inherent in such as 4 p,4 c,6 p marketing theory on the basis of comprehensive analysis,grasp the particularity of plumbing products,according to the development of SY pipeline company,to build a conceptual model,more targeted and applied research.Based on the theoretical guidance of marketing theory,this paper makes a detailed and in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment faced by SY pipeline company,and USES the SWOT analysis tool to extract the company's strengths and weaknesses,as well as development opportunities and threats.According to the established theoretical model,a set of scientific and applicable marketing strategy combination is designed and planned for the enterprise from the four aspects of product strategy,customer strategy,channel strategy and processstrategy,and security measures are proposed from the three aspects of marketing personnel,price and promotion.
