Research On The High Quality Development Of Rural Tourism In Shanxi Province

In the era of high-quality economic development,China's tourism industry is undergoing a period of globalization and quality transformation.The Action Plan for Promoting Rural Tourism Development and Upgrading in 2018(2018-2020)emphasizes the development of rural tourism.While ensuring speed,we will pay more attention to quality,and development should achieve transformation and upgrading,quality improvement and efficiency.However,in the process of developing rural tourism in Shanxi Province,a series of low-quality developments such as low industrial efficiency,low growth momentum,obvious regional differences,and deterioration of the human ecological environment have emerged.Therefore,unifying the high-quality development measurement standard of rural tourism,analyzing the causes of problems in the development of rural tourism in Shanxi Province,and identifying the main factors affecting the high-quality development of rural tourism in Shanxi Province are of great significance to promoting the high-quality transformation and development of rural tourism in Shanxi..Based on the connotation of high-quality development,this paper clearly defines the connotation of high-quality development of rural tourism through the study of relevant theories,and proposes five measures of high quality of rural tourism,namely the effectiveness,stability and innovation of development.,persistence and sharing,and put forward a five-dimensional analysis framework of“ production-demand-industry-institution-welfare ” as an influencing factor for analyzing the high-quality development of rural tourism,and exploring the influencing factors and development effects of high-quality development of rural tourism.The relationship between the construction of the theoretical framework of research.Through the design of questionnaires,the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method are used to assign weights to the indicators,and the evaluation systemof high-quality development of rural tourism is constructed,and the status quo of the high-quality development of rural tourism in Shanxi is analyzed.The research results show that Shanxi rural tourism entered a period of transformation and development in2013;the development of rural tourism in Shanxi is better,but the overall development quality is low and the development momentum is insufficient;the distribution mechanism of rural tourism interest in Shanxi needs to be improved.In order to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Shanxi,an empirical analysis of its influencing factors was carried out.Taking the development level of high-quality development level and effectiveness,stability,innovation,sustainability and sharing of rural tourism in Shanxi as the explanatory variable,select the appropriate indicators from the main factors affecting the high-quality development of rural tourism in Shanxi.Interpret the variables and perform regression analysis.The results show that the technical input has a significant negative impact on the overall development level of rural tourism in Shanxi and the development level of several aspects,among which the sharing level has the greatest impact.Human capital only has an impact on the overall level of high quality development;market demand has the greatest impact on the level of effectiveness;social welfare has the greatest impact on the level of stability and innovation;infrastructure has the greatest impact on sustainability.The size of the industry has a negative impact on sustainability;infrastructure has a negative impact on the level of effectiveness and sharing.Finally,four suggestions are proposed based on the problem and the influencing factors.
