A commercial bank is a financial intermediary organization that is prone to credit and operational risks.The results of its operations are largely determined by its own level of credit risk management.With the rapid development of the economy and society,the internal and external environment facing commercial banks is accelerating,and the methods and methods of credit risk management also need to be continuously improved and improved.Based on the above reasons,how to manage the credit risk of commercial banks more effectively has always been one of the new topics studied by experts and scholars.This article takes commercial bank company's credit risk management as the research object.Based on the credit risk management theory and standardization theory,the credit risk of commercial banks is classified and counted first,and then the bank's credit risk management level is analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation was made,and the problems in the management of commercial banks in four dimensions were analyzed.Finally,a standardized management system for corporate credit risk was finally established.Finally,the standardized management system was specifically applied in combination with the current status of credit risk management of the HD branch of ICBC.The bank formulated a more specific standardized implementation plan and achieved good results.
