Research On The Improvement Of Credit Business Process Of ICBC C Branch Company

Corporate credit is the most important business section and the most important profit source of commercial banks in our country.However,under the impact of Internet finance,the market competition of traditional commercial banks in our country is becoming more and more intense.The company credit business market is tight,the profit also receives the bigger influence.Through the comprehensive improvement of the existing corporate credit business process,it becomes an important measure to enhance customer satisfaction,expand the scale of credit business,enhance profitability and risk control ability,which is an important issue for commercial banks to consider at present.Based on the literature research method,qualitative analysis method,questionnaire method and so on,this paper analyzes and studies the improvement of the credit business process of ICBC C Branch on the basis of the domestic and foreign scholars’ research results.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and related theories of credit business process reengineering of commercial banks at home and abroad,which lays a foundation for the research of this paper.Through the development of ICBC branch C and its corporate credit business,we can see that corporate credit business occupies a large proportion of its entire credit business.Through the questionnaire analysis,this paper finds out that C branch in the company’s credit business process,the main problem If the target market strategy is not clear,the pre-survey process problem,the mid-term review process problem,the loan management flow problem,the safeguard mechanism falls behind and so on.Then,combined with the analysis results,this paper analyzes the necessity,objectives and principles of credit business process reengineering of ICBC C Branch,and clarifies the overall thinking of business process reengineering.The specific content of process reengineering is studied.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from organizational structure,management system,human resources,system construction,product innovation and so on.The research in this paper can implement better corporate credit business for ICBC C Branch.Process improvement to provide effective guidance and reference.
