| As China’s per capita GDP has exceeded 10,000 us dollars,the demand for mass tourism has been continuously released.Benefiting from the rapid growth of parent-child Tours and excursions,the demand for theme parks has reached an upward turning point.Theme park tourism aims at providing fun,pleasure and elated experiences.Tourists’ evaluation of a hedonic theme park product is not only the functional satisfaction of product attributes,but also the psychological benefit of tourists’ pleasure.The positive emotional such as pleasure,surprise and happiness experienced by tourists have been recognized the major importance of the academic researchers and marketing practitioners.This study is to explore and verify the scale of tourist pleasure’ influence factors with qualitative and quantitative work.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,the main content,the basic framework,the technical route,the research methods and the innovation points.The second part is the theoretical basis research.It mainly introduces the related concepts and theoretical framework used in the thesis.It also discusses the concepts of tourist pleasure,tourism experience,theme park,and exploits theories of Cognitive Appraisal Theory,social interaction theory and tourism situation.The third part studies the development process,the current status and the trend of Shenyang Fantawild adventure.The forth part identifies the influence factor of tourists’ pleasure through literature review analysis,semi-structured interview,field research and online review analysis.The fifth part makes quantitative analysis.The scale of theme park tourist pleasure’s influence factor is formed.400 questionnaires were distributed,375 pieces were collected and 350 valid questionnaires with complete data were obtained.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were made by using SPSS and Amos software.Then it introduces the construction of SEM model of the tourist pleasure.Finally,it identifies the multi-dimension of Fantawild theme park tourists’ pleasue and analyzes the influence factor of different dimensions on tourist pleasure.The six dimensions exist different influence on tourist pleasure.The five dimensions of amusement project engagement,atmosphere and physical situation experience,service providers encounter,tour companion interaction and other tourists interaction have significant positive correlation with tourist pleasure,and the dimension of price perceivedhas significant negative correlation with tourist pleasure.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the management of the theme park,so as to further improve the pleasure degree of different types of tourists. |
