Evaluation Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Efficiency Of Several Poverty-stricken Areas In Ta-pieh Mountains Of Anhui Province

After the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the State Council issued the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Winning the Strong Fighting Against Poverty,which clearly took poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation as the basic strategy.Since then,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made it clear that poverty alleviation is one of the three major battles that must be fought well in order to win a well-off society in an all-round way.As an important part of the rural poverty alleviation and development strategy,financial poverty alleviation is an important part of the current poverty alleviation work.At present,China has invested a certain amount of resources in financial poverty alleviation.Financial poverty alleviation has also played a huge role in promoting economic development in poor areas and poverty alleviation.However,there are still some problems in the financial poverty alleviation work,such as the low precision of financial poverty alleviation,the problems of high investment and low efficiency.In this paper,we conduct scientific research on the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation.At present,some domestic scholars have used the DEA model and the Malmquist index model to evaluate the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation.However,the research target is mainly provinces and cities,and there are still few studies on concentrated contiguous areas of extreme poverty.The article uses the DEA model to conduct a static evaluation of the financial poverty alleviation efficiency in the contiguous destitute areas of Ta-pieh Mountains in Anhui Province from 2014 to 2018.At the same time,it uses the Malmquist index method to conduct a dynamic longitudinal analysis of it,and analyzes the finance from a static and dynamic perspective Poverty alleviation efficiency.through empirical research on the financial poverty alleviation efficiency in the poverty-stricken areas of Ta-pieh Mountains,the corresponding conclusions are drawn.Finally,to summarize the research conclusions of this article,with the goal of improving the effect of financial poverty alleviation,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the financial poverty alleviation model and mechanism from the two levels of government and financial institutions,and prospect the future research.
