Research On The Factors Influencing The Performance Of Interest Linked Poverty Alleviation Model Based On The Perspective Of Poor Households

The 19 th national congress of the CPC central committee held in October 2017.The report on how to improve the road of rural rejuvenation of socialism with Chinese characteristics clearly points out that it is necessary to make a good fight against poverty,and take the path of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics.With the end of the central rural work conference pointed out that to implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation is to solve people's increasing better life needs and imbalanced and inadequate development of the contradiction between the inevitable requirement,but poverty is the product of this imbalance development.As for the new methods,new models and new systems related to poverty alleviation,pilot innovations are also being carried out in various places.In this background,the model of interest linked poverty alleviation was born.At present most of the place is still in the stage of trial and error,no complete can copy and promote paradigm,so lead to local benefit of poverty alleviation mode came out varying degrees of problems.Through the consult literature at home and abroad and found at the same time,the related study also is less about the field.In this study,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through on-the-spot household survey,collecting data,using measurement methods such as structural equation model,analyzing the significant factors affecting the model has a certain theoretical significance.At the same time to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,research on the factors affecting the performance and performance of poverty alleviation in poverty alleviation mode,it is conducive to the continuous improvement and revision of the model,and further promote the application of this model in the field of poverty alleviation,which has rich practical significance.The interest linked poverty alleviation mode takes the poor,leading enterprises and farmers cooperatives,financial institutions such as the main body strength to gather,building the poors income and industrialization organizations,win-win economiccooperation relationship.Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative research,empirical and theoretical analysis,as well as the method of literature research,this study puts forward the factors that influence the performance of the profit-linked poverty alleviation model.Therefore,from the perspective of poor households,this paper takes weixian county,hebei province as the research site,conducting field research on the factors affecting the performance of poverty alleviation mode,and tries to find the shortage of the targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.In view of the difficulty of direct measurement of variables,17 observational indexes were proposed to reflect the potential influencing factors.Based on sample data for factor analysis and structural equation after the empirical analysis,the conclusions show that the factors affecting the performance of the interest linked poverty alleviation mode,individual characteristics of poor households have the greatest influence,the most influential followed by poor production characteristics,poor cognitive situation,the characteristics of agricultural products of patterns and minimal impact is the poor satisfaction of patterns.In view of the research conclusions,this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the interest linked poverty alleviation mode:to clarify and strengthen the support of the main body;Widening the financing channels for poor households;Strengthen and improve the system guarantee construction;Aiming at poverty demand,the supply side and the demand side to achieve it;Improve the satisfaction of poor farmers and stimulate endogenous development motivation.The innovation of this study is divided into two parts:one is proposed in this paper a new research perspective and try to study from the microcosmic object of poverty alleviation,starting from the demand side to explore in poverty alleviation and backdrop,accurately find truly supporting the poor,benefit poor development of the new mode and new path;Second is less by scholars before using the structural equation model of the measurement method is analyzed,analysing the various factors influencing the performance benefit poverty alleviation,the relationship between the offsetting the fit of the multiple linear regression analysis in the aspects such as inadequate.In order to improve this model,this study aims to improve the model and make it possible to achieve the goal of replication and promotion.
