The Formation Mechanism Analysis And Level Measurement Of Urban Shrinkage In Huai River Eco-economic Belt

Contract in the analysis city,on the basis of related concepts and theories to explore the urban studies the fundamentals of the source and contraction type,combining with the concept and connotation of the contraction of urban studies,this paper expounds the forming reason and expression form shrinking cities,determine the city research dimensions and build cities contraction frame,thus further build shrinkage level measure index system.Selected as the research area of huaihe river ecological economic zone,and determine the study period from 2009 to 2017,2011,2013,2015,2017,four points as the research object,the measure of the huaihe river economic belt cities all the dimension and the level of single dimension shrinkage,are analyzed from the points of view of space-time two dimensional evolution of huaihe river ecological economic zone and the result of the contraction of municipal level,lays a foundation for further puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.First,in combination with the above chapter on the connotation of urban contraction and the domestic and foreign research on urban contraction,the three sub-dimensions of economic,social and demographic research are determined,the urban contraction level measurement index system is constructed according to the principles of systematicness,scientificity and quantizability,and the entropy method is selected as the specific measurement method.The quantitative measurement of urban shrinkage level was carried out in 25 sample cities of huaihe river eco-economic belt.Second,the entropy method was used to calculate the urban shrinkage scores of cities in the huai river eco-economic belt from 2009 to 2017.The results show that,from the comprehensive dimension and the single dimension of the study area,the city shrinkage of the huaihe eco-economic belt shows an increasing trend,and the shrinkage of the sample area is intensified during the study period.Specifically speaking,the population contraction is significantly intensified,with the shrinking cities accounting for 80%,the shrinking cities accounting for 88%,and the social dimension shrinking slowly,accounting for 44% of the sample cities.Single dimension shrinkage index showed a trend of "M" type change substantially,after first growth decline and finally presents the downward trend,more than 2011 or 2012 as the turning point,but by the end of 2017,shrinkage index below 2009 initial shrinkage index,the base period value,compared with 2009 degree of contraction have a certain degree,this is mainly reflected in the population and economicdimension.In terms of regions,the shrinking cities show a trend of continuous slices in space,and most of the full-dimensional shrinking cities are concentrated in northern anhui and northern jiangsu.From the perspective of single dimension,the high level areas of population contraction are mainly concentrated in northern jiangsu and other places,and the population contraction is serious.Anhui fuyang,henan xinyang and other places are the second highest level of population contraction area;The high level areas of economic dimension contraction are mainly concentrated in bengbu,chuzhou and huainan of anhui,and the second high level contraction is mainly concentrated in henan.Only bengbu,anhui province,zaozhuang,shandong province and other cities have high social dimensions.The second highest shrinkage is mainly concentrated in northern jiangsu province,while the rest of the cities have low or lower shrinkage.
