Study On Three State Symbiosis Evaluation Of Tourism Characteristic Blocks In Qinhuangdao

City Tourism District by the city commercial district and the historical and cultural blocks evolved,as an important node of embedded city system,it is not only to meet the tourists experience demand,also to improve the taste of the city competitiveness and the formation of a new economic growth pole.Through the display of city style,the enrichment of city context and the prosperity of urban commercial innovation combination mode,the construction of tourism characteristic blocks will stimulate the new vitality of the city.With the development of tourism in the national neighborhood characteristics fast-paced construction,tourism blocks show 1000 street,commercial and cultural characteristics is not obvious and the excessive loss of vitality and other characteristics,resulting in the appearance of the city,the assimilation of the consumption of energy and resources and the state of the deterioration of the environment has become more and more serious.Based on the previous research and Practice on the theory of symbiosis from the state,state,the format state viewpoint and evaluation strategy research on tourism environment characteristics of neighborhoods,to provide new ideas for promoting the sustainable development of tourism district.Interventional research methods from the three kinds of symbiosis,the application of AHP to establish tourism feature blocks three state environment evaluation model,through expert questionnaire and universal questionnaire to determine the weight of each index according to the actual survey data,establish reviews set by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the weight of each index is multiplied by the value added and evaluation the value of comprehensive questionnaire data obtained for each level of the evaluation results.In the case study,this paper selected the Qinhuangdao city waterfront ecological resources mainly Beidaihe neighborhood characteristics and the historical and cultural city of Shanhaiguan based district as the research object,the three state environmental assessment analysis.Application of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the tourism characteristics of neighborhoods environment,by selecting 43 indicators to establish four evaluation index model(the target layer A,layer B and layer C integrated elements,index layer D),three state evaluation index of Beidaihe tourism and the ancient city of Shanhaiguan District neighborhood characteristics were obtained through the evaluation vector and weight the evaluation of the level of multiplication,by evaluating the three state environment of Qinhuangdao city tourism block better,but in the culture environment can be optimized by so as to enhance the Tourism District of emotional factors and humanized design elements,in the state of the environment can be reached through saving effect of green and healthy development of block balance and enhance the landscape resources in business environment by strengthening trade format and response of enhancing soft power block format.Through this evaluation method,put forward a new idea to quantify Qinhuangdao city tourism construction of neighborhood characteristics index,and promote the healthy operation of the regional tourism development of China’s Regional Tourism District construction index established to provide a theoretical basis,provides the research direction for the next research.
