Application And Practice Of Action Learning Method In Precision Poverty Alleviation Project Management In Longan,Nanning

As a national-level poverty-stricken county,longan county has experienced a return to poverty in some areas,which also promotes the transformation of poverty alleviation work in backward areas from relief to development and education.Based on the action learning in nanning longan targeted poverty alleviation project,this paper further promotes the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in longan county by applying project management theories and methods,deepening the intensity of targeted poverty alleviation,and making solid achievements in targeted poverty alleviation.This article is mainly divided into five chapters in structure.The first chapter is the introduction.Through the analysis of the background of Nanning Longan precision poverty alleviation project and the development of the theory and practice at home and abroad,the paper expounds the purpose and significance of carrying out the work of emancipating the mind and helping the poor and supporting the intellect by using the action learning method in the areas where the precision poverty alleviation workis difficult to carry out.The second chapter describes the general concept and characteristics of action learning.Through action learning,the implementation methods and achievements of other counties and cities in precise poverty alleviation projects are extended to the feasibility of applying in Longan county.The third chapter mainly describes the accurate poverty alleviation project of the county,introduces the overall situation,organization and implementation scope of the project,and analyzes the problems encountered by the county in carrying out the precise poverty alleviation project.The fourth chapter mainly applies the action learning method to solve the practical difficulties and achieves relevant results in the implementation of the lean poverty alleviation project in the county.The fifth chapter summarizes the effectiveness of the lean poverty alleviation project,and looks into the application of action learning method in precision poverty alleviation projects.
