Since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in poverty reduction, as an important part of multiple subjects for poverty alleviation, the involvement of the enterprise is one of China’s poverty alleviation and one of the important source of strength in development work.The enterprise is not the new members in poverty alleviation and development,begin from "August 7th Poverty Alleviation Plan", China’s large state-owned enterprises has been touched in the poor areas, and has made outstanding achievements. In recent years, with the development of China’s socialist market economy and the involvement of social forces precision poverty alleviation work deployment, all kinds of private enterprises is also actively response to the call of the party and state, in the poverty alleviation practice giving foll play to the advantages of enterprise’s marketing resources and poor areas, poor peasants for docking, for China’s rural poverty alleviation and development and has made a significant contribution to the regional economic development.Companies participate in rural poverty alleviation is a new research topic which developed along with the time. Based on the Participatory development, Endogenous development and the Interests of the community’s theory Angle of views, using the method of case study to reveal enterprise in the current practice of the precision for poverty alleviation in poor areas, based on the typical enterprise intervening in the local precise participant observation and interviews for poverty alleviation, in-depth analysis of enterprises intervening in rural precision of the main difficulties and challenges for poverty alleviation, and put forward the possible proposal. This paper choose three companies that are participating in poverty alleviation of rural precision in Huanggang Hubei province as the research sample companies in the analysis.The study found that: first, although in the national poverty city, enterprises for precise intervention for poverty alleviation is objective existence, in some areas even has the certain scale, but overall, the number of enterprises is small and the low development level of the enterprises are the main problems while government promotes enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation; In the concrete model of poverty alleviation, state-owned enterprises and private companies are different,state-owned enterprises showed a certain state towards the investment of manpower and material resources, private companies are more likely to embed the poverty alleviation development of the industry,the former in the poverty alleviation model main show the lack of long-term and the latter’s poor efficiency of poverty alleviation mode mainly caused by the insufficient empowerment and the lack coupling of the interest; Finally, in terms of motivation for poverty alleviation,resources attraction and the enterprise subjective motivation are both likely to lead to precision of all kinds enterprise in rural poverty alleviation, and the downstream enterprises although have a certain power factor in poverty alleviation,While power is still insufficient, how to guide more downstream enterprises precision intervention in rural poverty alleviation is the perfect one of the major difficulties facing poverty alleviation.To this, the specific Suggestions on enterprise precision intervention in rural poverty alleviation has been made in three aspects, nurturing and expanding enterprises, rebuild the enterprise model of poverty alleviation and Strengthen the downstream enterprises’ power factor when get engaged in the countryside targeted poverty alleviation... |
