Research On Optimization Of Risk Management In Petrochemical Enterprises

The petrochemical industry occupies an important position in the development of national economy.In recent years,petrochemical enterprises have ushered in an important period of strategic opportunities.The formulation of strategies such as "One Belt And One Road" and the integration of the Yangtze river delta greatly promoted the growth of the demand for petrochemical products and accelerated the development of petrochemical enterprises.In addition,the 13 th five-year plan for petroleum development,organized and compiled by the national development and reform commission and the energy administration,puts forward three targets: reserves target,oil supply target and basic capacity building target,guiding the development direction of petrochemical enterprises.However,China's petrochemical enterprises are facing challenges as well as opportunities.The global macroeconomic situation is undergoing profound adjustment and is heading for recovery.The world oil pattern is undergoing transformation.International oil prices remain low volatility,oil supply and demand generally loose.The domestic economy has entered the new normal stage,and industrial upgrading and energy revolution have become long-term strategies in the new era.In the face of opportunities,threats and policy requirements,we can find solutions to the development problems of petrochemical enterprises from the perspective of risk management optimization.The research on risk management of petrochemical enterprises is constantly improving,but it still focuses on normative research.Most of the studies only made rigid analysis according to the five elements in enterprise risk management--integration framework,and failed to analyze the failure causes of risk management mechanism in petrochemical enterprises by combining the core risk of petrochemical enterprises with the case study method and put forward targeted countermeasures for risk management optimization.In addition,most studies only list the risk factors of the petrochemical industry,without in-depth analysis and classification of the core risks of petrochemical enterprises based on different classification criteria.Firstly,this paper sorted out and summarized literatures related to risk management and internal control of petrochemical enterprises,and found its deficiencies based on relevant theories,thus leading to the research on risk management of petrochemical enterprises in this paper.Secondly,based on multiple analysis,this paper obtains and classifies the core risks of petrochemical enterprises.Then,combined with the core risks of the petrochemical enterprise and the results of the risk assessment of the case enterprise,this paper focuses on the four risk management processes of the case enterprise,and analyzes the reasons for the failure of the risk management mechanism of the case enterprise.Then,based on the case analysis and questionnaire survey results,the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of risk management in petrochemical enterprises.Finally,the research conclusions and future prospects are presented.The main contribution of this paper is to:(1)based on the core of the petrochemical enterprise risk after multiple analysis,put forward macro economic situation change risk,environment risk,security risk of 11 kinds of core risk,according to the source of enterprise risk,enterprise risk control and risk level of three kinds of standard to classify risk of core;(2)starting from the core risk of the case enterprise,the risk management process related to the core risk is emphatically analyzed,and the reasons for the failure of the risk management mechanism are proposed.Combined with the case analysis and questionnaire survey results,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for risk management of petrochemical enterprises from the following five aspects: optimizing the internal environment of petrochemical enterprises,improving the risk assessment system of petrochemical enterprises,improving the key control activities of petrochemical enterprises,improving the information and communication mechanism of petrochemical enterprises and improving the monitoring mechanism of petrochemical enterprises.
