The Risk Evaluation And Countermeasure Research On Petrochemical Enterprise Of Reverse Logistics

In the new politics, economy and culture background, petrochemical enterprise as the national supporting enterprise of old brand must comply with the developmental tide constantly, and realize transformation from the competition mode of single product into that of integration of product and service. So, how to raise enterprise's logistics service level to avoid logistics risk effectively has become one of the important problems which petrochemical enterprises need to solve under the new economic form.The study on reverse logistics of petrochemical enterprise in our country is still at the starting stage at present, so the research results are few, and many of them are limited in the method and technology of oil and gas recycling, which have not formed the reverse logistics risk management theory systematically. In view of this, the paper takes petrochemical enterprise as the research object, takes the operation of reverse logistics as the foundation stone, takes risk management as the main line, and carries on systematic analysis and evaluation on the risk of reverse logistics in petrochemical enterprise. First, it embarks from the implementation of reverse logistics in petrochemical enterprise, and has put forward a set of simple and effective risk evaluation index system according to its trade characteristic. Which includes seven second-level index mainly, specific as: natural environment risk, social environment risk, cooperation risk, competition risk, cost and expense risk, technological risk and operation risk, and their third-level indexes. Then, according to the result from expert investigation, it uses AHP to confirm index weight of every factor, and adopts grey relation to analyze and calculate about all kinds of risk evaluation indexes, obtains corresponding grey relational coefficient and grey relational degree, and then obtains the value of risk evaluation finally. Finally, through using the experience of logistics risk management in other trades for reference, according to the main risk which petrochemical enterprise possibly has, it puts forward to the feasible risk prevention measure. The research on the risk analysis of reverse logistics in petrochemical enterprise can help better enterprise's logistics system, prevent and avoid the unnecessary risk, advane task efficiency, competitiv strength and provide corresponding suggestions for the effective operation of reverse logistics and even the whole logistics system.
