TCP Company is a diversified development leisure agricultural enterprise integrating agriculture,tourism,gardening and cultural construction.In the past two decades,China's leisure agriculture has shown a “blowout” development trend.As a new industrial form and a new consumer industry,leisure agriculture has occupied a certain proportion in the national economy and plays an important role in social and economic development.In the big picture,TCP Company is also making great strides.With the expansion of business scale,the development of TCP Company has gradually developed some problems.The most important part is that the enterprise's salary management system lags behind the overall development of the company.Due to the backward salary management system,the company's human resources cannot be optimized Configuration.Under such circumstances,TCP Company started a round of reforms aimed at the company's compensation management system in early 2017.However,the overall design of the overall compensation management system is still not perfect.Many performance evaluations and year-end evaluations are still empirical.There is still a certain gap in the salary management of science.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of TCP corporation's tentative reform measures,this paper explores the deepening reform of TCP corporation's compensation management system,and develops a matching compensation management system around the development strategy of leisure agricultural enterprises.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the domestic and international research trends of salary management of leisure agricultural enterprises,summarizes the research results and theoretical viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on compensation management;Secondly,it carries out the concepts of leisure agriculture enterprises,salary and salary management system.Defining and expounding the salary management and incentive theory related to the research of this paper laid the theoretical foundation of the research;Thirdly,based on the analysis of the organization of the TCP Company,the characteristics of human resources structure and the status quo of the salary management system,the TCP company salary was analyzed,the main problems in the management system,and the evaluation of the initial reform effect of TCP company;Fourth,from the aspects of reform principles,objectives and priorities,the overall concept and specific plan for the deepening of the salary management system reform of TCP company;Fifth,Aiming at the labor characteristics of senior management personnel,contractors,marketing personnel and operational support personnel,the specific countermeasures for deepening reforms are proposed,in order to further improve the compensation management system of TCP companies,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of all parties,and promote Leisure agriculture business health sustainable development.
