The main body of the financial system is the commercial bank.It is not only the core of the national social capital circulation,but also the financial intermediary to regulate the economic structure and the process of economic operation.It plays a crucial role in the development of national economy.Its stable and healthy development affects the safety factor of the national economy and determines the stability of the country.The scale of credit business reflects the assets scale and profit level of commercial banks to a certain extent,so credit risk is called the lifeline of commercial banks.Housing problem has always been an important issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.After more than 10 years of rapid development,commercial real estate industry has become a very important industry supported by the government after the reform of the national housing distribution system.Commercial real estate industry is an industry with large input and output,which needs a large amount of capital circulation.Therefore,if the industry wants to have a sound development space,it needs the strong support of commercial banks.Based on the credit risk theory of financial risk management,this paper takes the real estate credit risk of Jiangsu Branch of Bank of Communications as an example,introduces the basic situation of commercial residential development loan of the bank,analyses the current situation and risk causes of its credit risk management,and draw the weaknesses of Jiangsu Branch of Bank of Communications,which means no sound system of estate credit risk management and loan approval,disordered credit management,as well as after loan management is not in place.Then puts forward corresponding counter measures for these problems it faces according to the actual situation.The practical significance of this paper is to provide strong help for the risk management department of Jiangsu Branch of Bank of Communications,and to provide some feasible reference for other commercial banks.
