With the rapid development of science and technology,manufacturing industry has entered the industrial 4.0 era,and manufacturing industry tends to be informationalized,intelligent and automated.The traditional manual operation mode which can't approach the higher and higher requirements from industrial manufacturer and will gradually be replaced by production automation.Nowadays,production automation has been widely used in the manufacturing industry,it has become the development trend of the whole manufacturing industry.At the same time,the automation degree of production equipment is getting higher and higher,and production equipment is becoming more and more important for the production and operation of enterprises,which directly affects the efficiency of production and the quality of products.With the increasing automation level of production equipment,the difficulty of equipment maintenance management is also increasing.Therefore,the management of production equipment maintenance has also attracted the attention of the more and more enterprises,and began to realize that improving equipment maintenance management capabilities can bring greater economic benefits to enterprises.Company B,proceeding from its own reality,regards equipment maintenance management as an important subject for enterprise development.On the basis of diagnosing the problems existing in the equipment maintenance management of B company and analyzing the root causes of the problems,the paper puts forward that "the equipment maintenance department provides maintenance services for the production and operation of the enterprise,with the promotion of equipment maintenance services as the main line,and explores whether the equipment maintenance management level can be improved through the theory of quality management.B company's current equipment maintenance management has the following problems: deviation of equipment maintenance management concept;unreasonable structure of equipment maintenance personnel;imperfect equipment maintenance management system;lack of equipment maintenance information system;inadequate control of spare parts for equipment maintenance.In view of these problems,this study proposes to use the quality management tool "PDCA cycle method" to optimize equipment maintenance management capabilities,through the PDCA cycle method combined with equipment maintenance management theory,optimize the equipment maintenance management system of Company B.Expect to improve the level of equipment maintenance management through a series of optimization measures,improve the efficiency of the company's production to ensure the company's production and operation.The basic contents of the scheme include: adjusting the organization of equipment maintenance department,increasing headcount of engineer and regular shift teams;upgrading equipment maintenance workflow,straightening out the relationship between routine daily check,corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance;add equipment maintenance management indicators and avoiding that only use equipment downtime rate to evaluate maintenance management performance;improving spare parts control and so on.This thesis focuses on the optimization measures of equipment maintenance management system,and shows the effect of implementation.The research results of this thesis can provide useful enlightenment for other similar domestic enterprises to optimize equipment maintenance management system.
