| The retail busin portant part of the profits.In China,retail banking has been developing for decades,the development of bank retail business is still in its infancy,there is also a rather large gap between the retail business of other banks such as Rural Commercial Banks,large State-owned Commercial Banks,Joint-stock Banks,and Urban Commercial Banks.Internet Finance is a financial model that is grown up along with the high-speed development of the Internet,it has contained some fields like payment,credit loan,financing,investment,and insurance.Many rural commercial banks started the development of the Internet Financial business during the recent years,especially the Internet Financial innovation of retail business.These Banks generally take measures like setting up the E-bank and Mobile banking,cooperate with the third-party payment platform,operate an E-commerce.However,all the above changes are still in the initial stage.In order to truly realize the innovation of Internet Plus,rural commercial bank needs to continuously change from the operation and management mode,organizational structure,product design concept,model of risk control,service level and other contents.This thesis analyzes C rural commercial bank,a provincial capital rural commercial bank with steady but challenging business development since the restructuring in 2007,analyzes the progress and development of its Internet Financial retail business,and summarizes the innovative measures of C ruralcommercial bank’s Internet financial retail business,which is also the main innovation point of this thesis.This thesis is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance,research scope,content,framework and method,the innovation points and shortcomings of this thesis.The second chapter is mainly a review of relevant literature,elaborated on the relevant research of the Internet Finance and traditional financial relations,the bank retail business,and the rural commercial bank retail business.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of Internet finance and the typical retail business model of Internet Banks.This chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of Internet finance and analyzes the development mode of retail business of WeBank and with MYbank better development of Internet finance business.In order to further discuss the impact of Internet finance on commercial Banks and the development trend of Internet finance.Chapter four expounds on the analysis of C rural commercial bank’s retail business status.Section one mainly talks about the development status of C rural commercial bank’s retail business and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of C rural commercial bank’s retail business development with SWOT analysis method.The second section is based on PEST,internal capacity,and resources to analyze the necessity of its retail business development path.The fifth chapter is the Enlightenment of other bank retail business development mode.Chapter six discusses the development path of C rural commercial bank’s retail business under Internet finance.The last chapter is the conclusion. |
