Research On The Influence Of Logistics Industry Development On Xinjiang Foreign Trade

Located in the northwestern part of China,Xinjiang is bordered by eight neighboring countries and has many land passages and ports.It is China's key land passage to Central Asia,West Asia,South Asia and Europe,and is also the core construction area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.On the one hand,in view of the location characteristics and conditions of Xinjiang,the requirements for foreign trade to the logistics industry are high.On the other hand,with the rapid development of Xinjiang's foreign trade,the demand for logistics is also increasing.It can be seen that the development of the logistics industry has a profound impact on Xinjiang's foreign trade.Therefore,Xinjiang needs to actively develop the logistics industry,and then realize the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade and economy,realize China's economic and trade communication to the west,and enhance the competitiveness of Xinjiang's foreign trade.In recent years,the need to develop the logistics industry in Xinjiang has attracted the attention of the government of the autonomous region.It has successively promulgated a series of policies to promote the development of the logistics industry,coupled with the major opportunity for the construction of the “Silk Road Economic Belt”,this objectively facilitates the development of the logistics industry in Xinjiang.The logistics industry in Xinjiang has developed rapidly.In this context,the research of this paper first analyzes the current situation of logistics industry in Xinjiang from the aspects of logistics transportation,logistics park,port construction,logistics enterprises and logistics policy,etc.Analyzes and discovers many problems in Xinjiang logistics industry: logistics infrastructure Weakness,high logistics efficiency,low cost,poor logistics service concept,low standardization of informationization,weak logistics management,and lack of talent.Secondly,select the relevant variables of Xinjiang logistics industry,first construct the measurement model to analyze the impact of logistics industry on Xinjiang's foreign trade,and then use gray correlation to analyze the impact of the main factors of logistics industry on Xinjiang's foreign trade.Through empirical analysis,a series of conclusions has drawn: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the total import and export trade in Xinjiang,the total output value of Xinjiang logistics industry and the total freight volume in Xinjiang;the most important factor affecting Xinjiang's foreign trade is postal express and telecommunications networks.The least influential factor is the aviation turnover factor.Finally,through the deep digging of the measurement results,combined with the previous analysis,from the aspect of strengthening the hard power of Xinjiang logistics industry,it puts forward the improvement of information communication capability and network development level,constructing logistics information platform;improving logistics transportation capacity,constructing logistics intermodal transportation system,optimizing logistics nodes;improving logistics infrastructure construction.from the aspect of improving the soft power of Xinjiang logistics industry,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the training and introduction of logistics talents,vigorously develop third-party logistics,and strengthen the development of logistics enterprises.
