| Modern society is the era of knowledge economy.It is difficult for enterprises in the market to maintain their staged competitive advantages through their own resources.It is necessary to explore new internal and external resources to integrate innovation space.At present,the most important innovation mode in the national system is the cooperation of government,industry,research and research.This is an important way for enterprises to achieve innovation and development.It can not only improve performance but also promote new output.The birth of this innovative idea is played by cooperation leverage.Providing good space is an important way to achieve heterogeneous innovation resource integration.Scholars’ research on the innovation performance of government,industry,and research is mainly divided into the following two aspects.First,the "complementary theory" believes that the cooperation between government,industry,and research can improve the innovation performance of enterprises,and the second is that "the alternative theory" believes that the government,industry,research and research cooperation will " Extrusion " in-house independent research and development,affecting the company’s innovation performance.On the other hand,due to the complexity of the market environment and the low conversion rate of knowledge,it will lead to high costs and huge risks for companies to innovate alone.Therefore,enterprises must pay attention to the environmental changes in the process of cooperation,focus on the innovation subjects participating in the market environment and consider the knowledge integration in the innovation activities to complete the development goals of the enterprise.Based on the theory of cooperative innovation,industrial organization theory and environmental dynamics,this paper analyzes the influence of government,industry,research and cooperation innovation on enterprise innovation performance from the knowledge level,and proposes the innovation of government,industry,research and research on enterprise innovation performance.Taking the enterprise as the research focus,cooperative innovation of “government,industry,research and research” is enterprisegovernment institution to determine the knowledge integration and environmental dynamic variables.The three problems that led to this study are: the impact of government,industry,and research on the innovation performance of enterprises,the role of knowledge integration,and the regulation of environmental dynamics.This paper collects 418 data of high-tech enterprises through interviews,questionnaires,etc.The research results show that the cooperation innovation of government,industry,In the cooperation innovation between governments,it can play a good role in mediating performance innovation.By constructing a model of the influence of government,industry,and research on the innovation performance of enterprises,we explored three modes of cooperation,and fully considered the dynamic adjustment of environmental dynamics,which has a very rich and rich role in innovation management theory.It can be seen from the research results in this paper that innovation ecosystem theory and knowledge management theory are the key to realize the effective improvement of enterprise innovation performance operability suggestions,and provide reference ideas for future research directions. |
