The competition between e-commerce platforms has essentially transformed the competition between supply chains.The scale of transactions in China's e-commerce market still maintains a large and rapid growth,gradually showing the divergence trend of e-commerce oligopoly,and the new platform and retail form have intensified the high competitiveness of the e-commerce industry,who can respond quickly to market changes and respond to users.Demand,and maintain a reasonable profit in the process,who will eventually occupy the market.With the disappearance of traffic dividends and platform dividends,e-commerce platforms need to shift their focus to the overall supply chain to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and to supply profits to the supply chain,which has become an important core capability for long-term development.Establishing an effective supplier performance evaluation and management system can effectively improve the e-commerce platform supply chain management capabilities.The business of the e-commerce platform is based on the retail-oriented sales business,and the supplier is the core asset of the e-commerce platform supply chain.Therefore,the performance level of the supplier is the most important component and embodiment of the e-commerce supply chain performance.For a large number of suppliers and a large number of suppliers of e-commerce platforms,the establishment of a scientific system of supplier evaluation and selection to help suppliers management decisions,is the basic guarantee to maintain efficient operation of the supply chain.In view of the uniqueness of e-commerce supply chain business,this paper finds out the shortcomings of existing supplier performance evaluation methods of an e-commerce platform:(1)performance evaluation is not integrated;(2)evaluation criteria are not uniform;(3)hierarchical management system is not Perfect;(4)lack of continuous performance evaluation;(5)the application of evaluation results is narrow.To this end,this paper proposes a set of supplier performance evaluation system,identify the key factors of supplier performance evaluation and the relationship between them,with reference to the theory and method of analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy evaluation,SCOR model,balance score card,etc.The powerful data processing and algorithm capabilities of an e-commerce platform can be applied to the overall evaluation of suppliers of the same type of e-commerce platform,and can also provide reference for supplier evaluation in other industries.At the same time,as the application of performance,not only the unique five-layer evaluation hierarchical model of e-commerce platform is proposed,but also the analysis of typical application scenarios of the model is given,which has good practical application value.
