A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Poverty Alleviation Fund Management In Xuzhou Tongshan

Funding is the basic security for the valid development of poverty alleviation work,and financial funds for poverty alleviation is the most important thing in China's poverty alleviation funds.The amount of financial funds for poverty alleviation,the way of distribution,the efficiency of use,and the mechanism of management directly determine the achievements of China's poverty alleviation and development.As a result,the financial funds' s operation and management for poverty alleviation is very important to promote the improvement of the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and development.This article uses literature analysis,questionnaire surveys and interviews to discuss the current situation of the management of financial poverty alleviation funds in Tongshan District,and to explore existing problems from it,mainly the low investment of financial poverty alleviation funds,the distribution is not reasonable,and the use of funds is relatively single,and the role of poverty alleviation funds is difficult to play;Lack of effective supervision of financial poverty alleviation funds and financial poverty Alleviation Fund Management performance evaluation system is not perfect.The main reasons for finding the problem are insufficient attention to the management of financial poverty alleviation funds,insufficient planning of the operation mode of poverty alleviation funds,imperfect supervision and management mechanism and the establishment of a reasonable comprehensive performance evaluation system.By using for reference the successful experience of the management of financial poverty alleviation funds at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to increase the investment of poverty alleviation funds,standardize the allocation of funds,innovate the way of use of funds,give full play to the role of funds to alleviate poverty,implement the responsibility of Fund supervision,speed up the construction of supervision team,and set up a performance evaluation mechanism oriented to the poor's benefit.
