People oriented strategy is the enterprise competitive advantage,also it's a advantage others can hardly follow.Employee's organizational commitment is an attitude variable,which is the natural link between the employee and the organization Organizational commitment will affect inseparable factors of the organization development such as the employee's work performance and turnover intention Leaders can influence the organizational commitment of employees by taking the appropriate leadership style.By understanding the role of service leadership in the process of employee organizational commitment will mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and organizational development,as well as effective managementIn recent years,with the advent of the knowledge-based economy and the emergence of knowledge team-workers,requirements of the leadership style are more diverse in order to improve the effectiveness of the team work.Service leadership can enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment and has a significant impact on organizational effectiveness.Also it promotes the leader-follower relationship Domestic service leadership is still in its infancy,the study related is very few especially in the comprehensive research of leadership style,organizational commitment and job satisfaction.This paper studies on the effect of the mediating role of employee perceived job satisfaction between organizational commitment and servant leadership.According to the research results,it can help the enterprise managers to select appropriate service leadership measures to improve the employee's working attitude This study not only enrich the research results related to this field,but also has some management implicationsIn this paper,the theory of service leadership style,job satisfaction and organizational commitment are reviewed,and then some research questions are put forward:What kind of influence does the employee perceived service leadership have on their organizational commitment?When employee job satisfaction changes,will this effect change?How to change?After analyzing,we put forward the hypothesis model of this paper by the leadership style theory:Service Leadership helps to improve employees' perception of organizational commitment,job satisfaction as a mediator between service perceived leadership and organizational commitment plays an intermediary role.We collected a total of 206 valid sample data of 5 enterprises after questionnaire design,making sure the object of study and field enterprise research.The paper has take the some measures to verify data,like reliability and validity test,common method deviation test,correlation analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and mediation effect test.In all,we have get the follow outcomes:1.service leadership style and job satisfaction are positively related2.job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positively related3.servant leadership and organizational commitment are positively correlated4.job satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between the service leadership style and organizational commitment.
