This text takes the dealers of particular products in the IT sales market in Hang Zhou as the Object of research, and uses methods such as expert's interview and substantial evidence analysis method to inquiry in to the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction of employees and organizational commitment, and the relationship between job satisfaction of employees and organizational commitment,the conclusion of which can be used as the references of measures to improve the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in IT sales in HANGZHOU, moreover, this conclusion has some use for the human resource management of the IT product dealers in other regions of our country. |
